ARCHICAD BIM Modeller

ROLE

- Performing as a CAD operator/modeller.
- Carrying out work associated with preparing Architectural Development Application submissions and contract documentation.
- Relating designs to relevant codes and local council requirements.
- Produce high-quality working drawings, detailing and implementation of drawing packages
- Produce resolved design ideas collaboratively and autonomously

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Excellent hands-on ArchiCAD proficiency and knowledge
- Architectural drafting qualifications
- Exceptional design-eye
- Have an understanding of constructability
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and to multiple demographics
- Strong design sensibility, with front-end skills and the ability to drive design processes as well as technical documentation skills
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work full time, 9:00AM to 4:30PM, GMT+10
- No Industry Experience Required, but experience in structural detailing will be beneficial
