Shopify Ecommerce Assistant Needed

I'm looking for someone experienced with Shopify and ecommerce to assist me in managing multiple online stores. The VA I hire will be expected to be proactive and reliable. Opportunity to grow with my business. I pay more as time goes on if the VA does not require a lot of time from me and takes on additional responsibility. The VA must be ok with inconsistent hours at first, hours will grow over time.

Some of the responsibilities include:

-Working with supplier spreadsheets, data entry
-Uploading products to Shopify, editing and publishing products
-Submitting orders to partner suppliers
-Preparing and importing images
-Customer service emails with customers
-General administrative tasks

The following are necessary:
-Experience with Shopify platform
-Skills with Excel or Google Sheets
-Gmail / G-docs
-Mistake free, detailed

The following is not required but would help you get the job:
-Adobe photoshop (basic image editing)
-Good english skills for writing content such as product descriptions
