Sales Call Manager

We are looking for an employee to help us with our sales calls in our company.
We need someone with a good PR, enthusiastic, professional, quick learner, good work ethic, and fluent English.
There will be a training for this 1 day and will be on-boarded the next day.
We need people ASAP so the hiring process is really quick.
You must need the following:
A laptop/computer
Back-up Laptop
100 MBPS Wifi Connection
Back-Up Internet Connection
Good Camera

You must have a high understanding of sales and also be a good talker.
You shouldn't feel uncomfortable talking to people and you should understand how to get people to buy our product.
You will be under 1 month of probation and get 50$ for every successfully landed client which will increase after a month depending on your performance.
You will probably have around 5 Sales calls a week, the better you are, the better your chances for more money.
If we are happy with you, you probably will also cover analysis conversations, in which you get paid 3$ an hour.
