Website Developer (PHP/Wordpress)

* Seeking 1 Full-Time EXPERIENCED website developer for WEB & SEO agency in San Diego, CA.

*** WORDPRESS MASTERY ***
- You are Highly proficient in ---------- cluding Building Custom Templates with Native WP Language.
- 99% of our website are built with WordPress. You will spent most of your time on WordPress websites
- One of our high traffic WordPress websites use ACF PRO. This website has over 30K visitors per month.
- For other websites, we template with Bootstrap and Native WordPress templating engine (custom templates).

No Builders. If you know how to built ONLY with Builders - this job is NOT for you.

*** LINUX (VPS), PHP &MSQL ***
- You are very well versed in LAMP Stack. Linux SQL PHP.
- Few of our clients use OpenLiteSpeed
- You have some LINUX skills (know how to connect to SSH do basic troubleshooting, reading logs etc)
- E.g. Restarting OpenLiteSpeed via command ---------- bug/Renew SSL Issues.
- Use CyberPanel
- You have used GIT actively


*** HTML/CSS & PAGE SPEED OPTIMIZATION (A MUST) ***
- Fluent in HTML/CSS as well as Bootstrap (of similar)
- Excellent on-page optimization techniques (optimize website speed)
- Responsive Development
- Other frameworks like Laravel, Symfony a Plus
- Javascript/Jquery or similar.
- Experience with GIT (GIT Profile a PLUS)
- Some experience with Photoshop (for slicing and dicing layouts)


*** OTHER ***
- Excellent writing and communication skills (sometimes you may need to communicate with some of our clients via Asana)
- Must provide a few hours of overlap into PST (Los Angeles Timezone)
- Full-time with Sometimes Weekend Availability (only for emergencies)
- We respect and honor all MAJOR Holidays in Philippines as Time-Off.
- Salary Negotiable Depending on Experience.
