Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Designer to join our marketing agency's creative team. This role will primarily focus on designing and optimizing assets for Amazon, including product listings, packaging, and branding. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon's platform and guidelines, with a proven track record of driving sales and enhancing brand
Responsibilities:
Design and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring visually appealing and persuasive content that drives conversions and sales.
Create engaging and informative product images, infographics, and lifestyle visuals for Amazon
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with clients' goals and target audiences.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Amazon's guidelines, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize content for search visibility.
Stay up to date with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the agency's design capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, copywriters, and developers, to deliver high-quality designs within project timelines.
Take part in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts, gather feedback, and address client requirements.

Qualifications:
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing design work across various platforms, with a focus on Amazon-related projects.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
Experience in optimizing product listings for Amazon, understanding the importance of visuals, keywords, and conversion-driven design.
Solid understanding of branding principles and the ability to create visually cohesive designs that reflect a brand's identity.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with tea
A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of current design trends, user experience principles, and best practices for digital and print design.
Experience working in a marketing agency or with clients from various industries is a plus.
