Real estate photo editing

Looking to build a team of real estate photo editors. I need editors that edit photos within 12- 18 hours after receiving the photos no exceptions, Must know how to edit and blend bracketed photos. Must know day to dusk editing and be proficient in photoshop and Lightroom. If you can not do this type of photo editing please do not waste my time. I do 30 plus order per month and am willing to pay up to .80 cents per photo. My goal is to get other teams to use you as well so you can get paid even more.
