Real Estate VA

Our client, a reputable real estate company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate VA with fluency in English language to join their team . Must have prior experience in similar capacity from a US-based real estate company and must be comfortable speaking to US people.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

* Generating high-quality leads through targeted SMS campaigns and other marketing channels, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
* Efficiently organizing and managing incoming leads in client's CRM system to ensure prompt and accurate follow-up.
* Following up with leads via phone, SMS, email, or other marketing channels to keep them engaged and moving through the sales process.
* Conducting online property research to support our clients' needs and requirements, including property valuation, market analysis, and other related tasks.
* Assisting in other administrative and marketing tasks as required to keep the team running smoothly.
