Awesome Headhunter / Recruiter/HR wanted (Marketing, Online, Communication)

Our company is a boutique headhunter agency, specialised in online, marketing and communication positions in The Netherlands (Europe), Amsterdam. We help our clients with temporary projects (freelance) and permanent positions. We work with A level candidates for large (international) corporate organisations in The Netherlands.

For this new position we are looking for an AWESOME headhunter/recruiter to help us with the following:
- search Linkedin (bolean and xray),
- screen first candidates,
- interview best candidates,
- write detailed interview reports
- and make the first selection for us to make the best match.
You are a valuable part of the team of 4! Most people in The Netherlands speak English very well, so you will be able to communicate in English without a problem.
Once you master this process, you will be able to continue growing your skills and impact in the team with other activities. Think of managing other resources to make the best match.

Who are you?
Experienced headhunter / recruiter / HR professional with a minimum of 2 years experience
You have worked as a VA before for at least 1 year
You are very experienced with Bolean search and xray (proven experience!)
Your English is perfect
You have an education in Marketing and or have been recruiting for marketing positions before
You are very results driven and eager to help candidates and clients find each other
You enjoy working with targets

Practical
You are available full time
You have internet / laptop to work
You can start immediately

The process
We will select the best candidates and approach them. You will receive a questionnaire to fill in. Based on this we will schedule a Skype call. If we are both happy with the match you start immediately. We will try to finish the process in 1 week.. so hang in there with us!
