Illustrator to help with children's storybook (color)

Looking for an illustrator to do color finishes for a children’s storybook. We need someone who can match an existing illustration style, do color finishes based on tight sketches, and who can work both quickly and accurately.
-Style: multi-layered, gradated color fills
-Content: backgrounds and places (buildings, swimming pool, sports fields, for example); outdoor settings with some interiors.
-Final files as layered PSD ---------- n be rendered in Procreate, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
-Required as part of application process: a completed sample based on our sketches (which I will provide to selected applicants).

The amount of work is still being finalized, but it will be in the 40 to 80 hour range if I had to guess. Will pay hourly.
