Real Estate Virtual Assistant Needed Telemarketing & SEO

I am in need of a virtual assistant to take my calls and market my real estate business online. You must speak great english with no accent. Some knowledge of SEO is prefered. If you know wordpress that is a bonus but not required.

Requirements:
4 year College degree
Type 60+ words per minute
Microsoft office
Speak great English
Excellent grammar and comprehension

You will be taking buyer and seller calls during the work day and entering their info into my database and giving them directions to available properties we have for sale. We currently buy 30-40 houses a month so we are very busy right now.You will be marketing all our sites online. You will also do any adhoc activities that I assign to you.

I like to have fun so please be a fun person who is serious with your job but can lighten up and have fun.
