WOW 24-7 is an international company, based in the US, Cyprus, Ukraine. We provide high-quality multilingual 24-7 Customer Support Services to businesses around the world (SAAS, e-commerce, technology mainly). WOW24-7 collaborates with companies from the USA, Spain, Israel, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, and other European countries. We are a team of 250+ employees.
Right now we are looking for a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team.

Requirements:

- Level of English language not lower than C1;
- Extensive experience in lead generation and outbound outreach;
- Extensive experience in using LinkedIn for lead generation and outreach;
- Experience in creating outbound email campaigns for specific segments of potential clients;
- Experience with tools for searching/verification/validation of databases (Apollo, ---------- , Hunter, etc.);
- Experience with outreach tools ( ---------- , Lemlist, etc.);
- Experience with outreach massage customization tools;
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar).

Responsibilities:

- Finding lead using LinkedIn, Apollo, ---------- or similar tools based on ICP and defined search criteria;
- Creating email campaigns in Reply or similar tools for each specific segment of potential clients;
- Creating LinkedIn campaigns in Octopus CRM for different PoCs of potential clients;
- Initiating communication and conducting regular follow-ups with potential clients;
- Participating in the pre-sale process and lead qualification;
- Collaborating with sales managers to increase sales and consistently achieve revenue goals;
- Managing data about potential clients in HubSpot;
- Analyzing the results of lead generation and creation of reports.
