Core12 is an MSP (Managed Service Provider) based in the United States. We specialize in providing IT support services to small and medium-sized businesses. We are looking for a part-time project manager to join our team and help us manage client-facing projects.

Job Description:
As a part-time project manager, you will be responsible for managing projects that involve working with our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with our team to develop project plans, identify project requirements, and track progress. You will also be responsible for communicating project updates to clients, identifying and mitigating project risks, and resolving project issues.

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to identify project requirements and develop project plans.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate project updates and progress to clients and internal teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve project issues.
• Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
• Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in project management.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience managing projects that involve working with clients.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
• Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Jira.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to solve complex project issues.
