Leading media publisher is seeking experienced and motivated Performance Marketing Manager to join our team!
As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of creating and carrying out organic and paid marketing campaigns in a high performing environment that rewards results.

You will lead the measurement, tracking, and analysis of all marketing activity to ensure we are delivering ROI through a variety of marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through organic avenues via publishers 1M monthly visitors and over 200k
- Development and implementation of fully integrated marketing campaigns using multiple channels and segments.
- Gather and analyze information to identify new markets and customers.
- Create big idea and big impact marketing plans with specific performance objectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Implement highly effective e-commerce strategies that drive sales and ROI.
Qualifications
- Performance marketing experience valued over bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in eCommerce retail.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and data analysis.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
