Right Turn Recruiting is looking for a high energy and motivated application Processor to join the RTR team! The processor assists the team by processing Class A driver applications and providing support to the recruiters, trucking carrier and drivers. With the continual growth of e-commerce and the high demand for skilled labor in the transportation industry, for over 10 years, Right Turn Recruiting (RTR) has been capitalizing on the growth in this sector. We are currently looking to grow our office operations staff and are in search of energetic individuals looking to jump-start their careers with a growing firm. Employment is available in our office or remote from your home office.

Job Description:

MUST SPEAK ENGLISH WITH PROFESSIONAL FLUENCY. We're a fast-growing recruiting company in the transportation industry that helps set trucking companies hire professional truck drivers. We are looking to add a few rock-star application processors to help assist our recruiting team.

Be a resource for recruiters - answer questions and provide updates regarding the status of their driver’s applications
Process reports for potential applicants including criminal background and motor vehicle reports
Complete verifications of employment for potential applicants
Coordinate and communicate with driver regarding travel arrangements
Update application as needed with necessary information
Follow and understand processing checklist and hiring requirements to ensure the applicant is qualified
Serve as the main point of contact between recruiter and company
Communicate updates directly and professionally to the companies we work with

Knowledge of the trucking industry is a plus - but not required!
