Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced photo editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and an exceptional sense of aesthetics. You will be responsible for editing, retouching, and enhancing digital images efficiently and effectively. You will be working closely with the marketing and design team to ensure that all images used in print and digital media are visually stunning and meet the company's high standards.

Responsibilities:
- Edit, retouch, and enhance digital images using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and design team to ensure that all images used in print and digital media are visually consistent and meet the company's high standards.
- Plan and manage photo shoot sessions to ensure that the right images are captured.
- Create photo composites that convey the intended message.
- Maintain the company's digital asset management system by organizing and archiving digital assets.
- Meet deadlines consistently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, photography or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in photo editing, retouching, and enhancing digital images.
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other image editing software.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work experience and creative vision.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
