Full-Time Publisher Success Associate - SEO Experience Required!

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Publisher Success Associate / Publisher Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO and on-page optimization, and excellent written communication skills in English. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely publication of articles produced by our team on various partner websites and maintaining efficient communication with internal content teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-domain-authority (DR80) websites such as ---------- , ---------- , ---------- , and others, ensuring the timely publication of articles from our content team.

- Coordinate with partner websites to address any formatting issues with submitted articles and ensure that all issues are resolved promptly.

- Perform post-publication checks on published articles, verifying proper formatting of H tags, images, backlinks, and other elements.

- Update ClickUp tasks and stages after successful publication of articles, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of the process.

- Respond to all relevant Slack messages and ClickUp comments in a timely manner, maintaining efficient communication with content teams within the company.

- Utilize strong SEO and on-page optimization skills to enhance the visibility and performance of published content.

- Continuously monitor the performance of published content, and collaborate with content teams to optimize articles for maximum impact.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in SEO and on-page optimization.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience using project management and communication tools such as ClickUp and Slack.
- A strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards for content quality and presentation.
- Should be willing to work in USA Timezones (EST/PST)
