Castro Family Landscaping is looking for an appointment setter who can also handle the follow-up and customer support needs of our landscape construction business.

?The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have a strong customer service background. They should be comfortable making outbound calls to schedule appointments and following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
?Additionally, we are also in need of assistance with invoicing. We require someone who can help us create, send and collect invoices. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and be able to manage multiple invoices and payments simultaneously.
