Job Overview:
We are seeking an Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our team! As an Amazon Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and data entry support for our Amazon
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update internal Excel/Google sheet inventory ledgers
- Research new suppliers for product procurement
- Update expenses and cost of goods sold in various software tools
- Update KPI information such as supplier & category profitability
- Track inventory
- Provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Amazon seller central and e-commerce platforms
- A good energy and positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Please include your favorite food in the application headline / subject line
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs)
Requirements:
- High-speed internet connection and reliable computer
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Availability to work 8 hours a day / 5 days a week
