Wordpress Developer Needed

I am looking for a developer who knows Wordpress to assist me with developing my websites.
The Ideal candidate will have the following experience:
-Creating WordPress Plugins
-Advanced Content Types-(I am using Pods, but am open to other suggestions)
-Custom Posts
-Buddypress
- Google Hangout API
The website will also be turned into an Android/IOS app later in the future, so understanding how my data should be structured in order for me to accomplish this goal would be helpful.
The site is going to be a social site, users will be able to give/take free& paid live courses or pre-made courses, create a shopping list from the sites content, share the lists with others. The main purpose of the site is to provide tools for users to save money on shopping. I will also need some coding for calculated fields.
Good communication skills is a must, as well as a can do attitude. I am looking for someone who is savvy, out of the box thinker and enjoys challenging tasks.
