Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Appointment Setter to join our marketing agency. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for contacting our clients' leads to schedule discovery calls with our clients. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in fluent English, prior real estate knowledge, and the enthusiasm to grow within a fast-growing company. The candidate must also have prior CRM knowledge or the ability to quickly learn how to use one.

The main responsibilities include:

Contacting clients' leads to schedule discovery calls with our clients
Representing our clients' brand in a professional and positive manner
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Meeting weekly and monthly appointment setting goals
Ensuring the quality of appointments scheduled rather than the quantity
The candidate will be paid per hour, but they may be servicing multiple clients and different businesses. There will be a limit to the number of clients they can handle to ensure that they are not overloaded and that quality is not compromised. The position offers growth opportunities as the company is scaling.

Requirements:

Fluent English

Salary:
