Job Role and Responsibilities:
As an Executive Assistant, your primary duty will be managing Jean-Eric’s schedule,
Scheduling and coordinating client meetings and managing workflow.
Collaborating with the Project Manager to address client queries and provide solutions.
Ensuring accurate daily records of time and materials for all work and service types.
Providing administrative support, including
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Ideal candidates should have:
Excellent written and spoken English (9/10 or higher)
Organizational skills, detail-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills, emphasizing active listening, collaboration, and empathy
Creative problem-solving abilities and understanding of business concepts across various industries
At least 3 years of experience in executive assistance, business management, or related fields
Willingness and ability to learn and develop a project management system like Asana, Zoho Connect, or
Preferred, but not required:
Project Management Professional certification
Experience with
Experience in workflow administration setups
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This is a remote position, and you should have a reliable internet connection to support video calls during 8 am - 5 pm CDT. Work hours could initially be flexible and eventually align with our business
This role will start as a part-time position, transitioning to full-time. After completion of training, bonuses, rewards, and commissions will be implemented for achieving business targets.
