JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team at a healthy snack consumer packaged goods (CPG) ---------- this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by selling our products to retailers, distributors, and other potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including retailers and distributors
-Identify new business opportunities and potential customers to expand our market reach
-Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure customer needs are mets
- Work with Lead Gen and Marketing team to follow up with leads and up-sell product line
-Manage CRM

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Being extremely organized and detail oriented
- English Speaking without much of an accent
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry or CPG sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and use data to inform sales strategies
