Intake Specialist - Personal Injury Law Firm

Intake specialist needed to handle greet new potential clients by phone, compassionately gather information, empathetically listen, follow up on leads, get clients to sign, provide gentle turn downs. Standard hours are 8 am to 5 pm PDT, however some leads may occur outside of standard hours. Specialist will need to put firm email on their phone to track the leads the occur outside of main hours.
