JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and motivated Appointment Setter & Sales Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is an efficient multitasker with a strong background in sales and appointment setting, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires an individual who can work independently and effectively communicate with clients and tea ---------- mbers to achieve sales targets and ensure seamless operations.

A. Key Responsibilities:

(1) Research and identify potential clients, and make initial contact to establish their interest in our products or services.

(2) Schedule appointments and meetings with prospective clients by utilizing various communication channels, such as phone, email, and social media platforms.

(3) Manage and maintain a detailed CRM database, ensuring all client information and communication history is up-to-date and accurate.

(4) Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings to potential clients.

(5) Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve revenue targets.

(6) Perform administrative tasks, such as calendar management, email correspondence, and data entry, to support the sales team and streamline operations.

(7) Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

(8) Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

(9) Provide regular sales activity reports and updates to the sales team and management.

(10) Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.

B. Qualifications:

(1) Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or a related field.

(2) Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and tea ---------- mbers.

(3) Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.

(4) Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and various communication platforms.

(5) Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.

(6) Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets and contributing to company growth.

(7) Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.

(8) Knowledge of the industry and competitors, with a commitment to staying informed on market trends and changes.
