Real Estate Cold Caller

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Cold Caller to join our growing team. As a Real Estate Cold Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and generating leads for our real estate agents.

Responsibilities:
2+ years of real estate experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Conduct cold calls to potential clients in order to generate leads for our real estate agents
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and leads in our customer relationship management (CRM) software
Qualify leads based on their interest, budget, and timeline for buying or selling a property
Follow up with leads via phone and email to build relationships and schedule appointments for our agents
Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies
Attend tea ---------- etings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, preferably in the real estate industry
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Must include a picture of a pink cowboy hat when submitting your resume.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn and improve


Availabity to become a manger of several virtual assistants
Possibility to become a full-time position
