We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented virtual assistant to provide administrative support to our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of real estate terminology and processes.

Qualifications:
Must have 2+ years of real estate experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal bonus if you are fluent in English
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Must include a picture of a pink cowboy hat when submitted your resume.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong understanding of real estate terminology and processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and other relevant software
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and leads in our customer relationship management (CRM) software
Follow up with leads via phone and
Availabity to become a manger of several virtual assistants
Possibility to become a full-time position
