Hello!!
We are seeking a talented and reliable VA for a 2 week project which may result in a future long-term hire for a 20+hours a week position. Our company is a small start up business focusing on Weddings, Ministry work and humanitarian service, harmonious family life and children education and children. We also have affiliates. We use the following social media outlets: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.
Responsibilities and Duties include:
1. Social media posting and admin for Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. We will use a scheduler like Asana or Meet Edgar.
2. The ability to help moderate Facebook group comments and to provide positive motivation and supper to group members.
3. Send emails, do research, use CRM systems like Mailchimp, Ontraport, Convertkit, etc.
4. Assisting with video edits, podcast edits and blog post edits as well as uploads.
5. Proficiency with Dropbox and apple/Mac phones.
6. Ability to install a password protector on your computer for our work. We need high level security and encryption.
7. Track affiliate marketing and payments. Track orders from our affiliate Amazon store.
