If you are a self-starter and eager to learn and grow, we’d love to discuss the opportunity to work with us as.
Must speak fluent English and work EST time. Bookkeeping knowledge is a plus.
As an assistant you will be responsible for variety of tasks, such as, but not limited to:
Maintaining current marketing and promotional
Responding to all leads/calls in a timely and professional manner.
Preparing relevant paperwork.
Answering calls, texts,
Scheduling appointments.
Promoting the Company’s image through social media profiles
Other related tasks as an assistant to broker/owner.

The perfect candidate will have:
Excellent written, personal, and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, must be responsible and honest, with a good computer proficiency (Google Drive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Online social media, PDF). Be self-motivated, able to multitask, and willing to learn!
