Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on target audience and identify key demographic and psychographic information to improve campaign targeting.
• Work with the creative team to develop high-quality ad content and messaging.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
• Analyze data and provide insights into campaign performance and make recommendations for future improvements.
• Monitor and keep up to date with industry trends and changes in the digital marketing landscape.
• Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
• Manage budgets and adjust bids to ensure campaign success.
• Understand and utilize hashtags to maximize reach and engagement.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in media buying, with a focus on Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights into campaign performance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
