We are excited to announce an incredible opportunity to join our growing real estate team as a Content Creator & Social Media Manager. This position is available either on a part-time or full-time basis, offering a flexible work arrangement. As our team continues to expand, we require a skilled individual who is passionate about creating engaging content and driving our social media presence.

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and manage daily content for our real estate agent's social media platforms. Our goal is to create captivating and relevant marketing pieces that cover the housing market, along with helpful tips and tricks for our audience. We are particularly interested in produce content in various formats, such as photos and videos, to appeal to a diverse range of ---------- addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our social media accounts, forwarding important information to our database, and ensuring a consistent online presence.

Another key aspect of this role is proficiency in Canva and Constant Contact. The ideal candidate must have experience creating visually appealing and impactful designs using Canva at a professional level. You will be responsible for creating various marketing materials, including weekly market updates, newsletters, community event announcements, promotions, holiday greetings, and personalized messages for birthdays and anniversaries.

Your expertise in Constant Contact will be crucial in developing effective email automations and drip campaigns for our database. We expect our Content Creator & Social Media Manager to be proactive and efficient in managing our email marketing strategies.

Required skills and qualifications:

1. Proven experience in content creation and social media management, preferably within the real estate industry.
2. Proficiency in Canva and Constant Contact.
3. Strong visual design skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
6. Adept at managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
7. Familiarity with current real estate market trends and a genuine interest in the industry.
