Silicon Valley Construction Services (SVCS) is a construction-estimating and project management firm serving clients in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2003.
Purpose of This Position
The purpose of this position is to provide SVCS’s client with construction estimating and project management services.
Requirements
• Must have experience and copy of following software or equivalent (software and training will not be provided):
o Gradework:
o Planswift:
• Ability to join meetings during San Francisco business hours
• Stable internet to reliably join video conference
• Work hours will be Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM San Francisco California time
• Engineering degree
• Two sources of stable electricity and internet to reliably join video conference
• If hired, must utilize

Responsibilities
• Download and organize plans
• Prepare takeoff, estimate and proposal for review by Chief Estimator
• Prepare Request for Proposal and associated Scope of Work. Review subcontractor bids and present options to management
• Prepare schedule for subcontractor management

4. SVCS will review your test results and schedule a one-on-one interview
5. If accepted, SVCS will send Candidate an employment contract
