Purpose of This Position
The purpose of this position is to provide SVCS’s client with construction estimating and project management ---------- pensation and Benefits

Responsibilities
• Prepare schedule
• Prepare scope of work and RFQ (Request for Quote) and RFP (Request for Proposal)
• Source vendors/contractors and update contractor database
• Obtain contractor/vendor quotes and proposals
• Prepare levelized comparison
• Prepare contractors for signature and obtain contractor insurance

Requirements
• Work hours will be Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM San Francisco California time
• Engineering degree
• Two sources of stable electricity and internet to reliably join video conference
• If hired, must utilize ---------- or similar screen recoding technology. Employee will only be paid for hours worked and not idle time.

5. SVCS will review your test results and schedule a one-on-one interview
6. If accepted, SVCS will send Candidate an employment contract
