WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We need a Client Success Manager! This is a full-time remote (work from home) position. You will join our small team of client managers.

The foundation of our work is client relationships. We treat our clients like respected family members and it’s important to have the right people in the role of client manager.

At the same time, client managers need to have an understanding of digital marketing and be comfortable learning new technology.

This unique mix of right brain (client relationship building and management) and left brain (marketing strategy, tools, and data analysis) skills makes client managers very special people. To be successful in this position, you should have an excellent customer relationship skillset. Our clients are the lifeblood of our organization and we’re looking to find more wonderful tea ---------- mbers who can help us grow!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Working closely with our clients to ensure their success with our marketing services.
Configuring automation, forms, and calendars (HighLevel)
Scheduling social posts for clients using bulk-posting tools (Publer)
Posting blogs on websites (Duda, Squarespace, Wordpress)
Scheduling emails using CRM software (HighLevel, Mailchimp)
Proofing all of the above for typos and links

REQUIREMENTS

This is a remote position. You must be equipped and experienced with working from home. All candidates must have access to a fast computer/laptop with a camera and mic, stable internet connection and a quiet place to take calls and zoo ---------- etings.

You must be willing to work some US working hours.

Strong written and spoken English is an absolute must. We need to make sure that there’s no language barrier.

All job offers start with a 60-day trial to make sure that we’re the right fit for each other.

Starting monthly salary of $1000 USD for full-time (40 hours/week) with a very strong opportunity for growth
