A Personal Hair Stylist is responsible for providing a wide range of hair styling services to individual clients. The stylist will be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and professional relationship with clients, advising them on the best hairstyles and treatments based on their hair type, preferences, and lifestyle. The stylist will also be responsible for keeping abreast of new trends and developments in hair styling and incorporating them into their work.

Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to determine their hair type, preferences, and lifestyle to create a personalized hair style.
- Recommend appropriate hairstyle, color, and treatment options to clients.
- Cut, trim, shampoo, and style hair based on clients’ preferences and specifications.
- Apply hair colors, hair extensions, and other hair treatments using professional techniques.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling.
- Uphold salon standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a hair stylist, ideally within a personal hair styling or boutique salon environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A passion for hair styling and the motivation to keep up to date with new trends and techniques.
- A high level of attention to detail, especially when working on complex styles or hair treatments.
- Flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Must be licensed and have completed a hair stylist program.
