Customer Service and Amazon VA Assistant - 10 Hours/Week - PH Hours

Hi! We are an established (since 2018) and growing brand focused on Amazon FBA. We’re looking for a part time Customer Service and Amazon VA assistant for our team.

Here are a few highlights about this role:

- This job would start at 10 hours per week, but has potential to grow.
- You can work PH hours, with an occasional meeting during Pacific Time work hours.
- You would need to work around the same time each day, approximately 2 hours per day Monday to Friday PH time, plus around 10-30 minutes (give or take) Saturdays and Sundays PH time.
- You would respond via email to customer service inquiries across all of our ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, website, etc.). You may also provide a little bit of phone support, but this would be very rare.
- You would also be assisting our Inventory Manager with some research projects and inventory reporting.

Required skills:

- 1+ years online Customer Service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly and warm personality
- Strong English writing skills
- Some experience with Excel or Google Sheets
- A quick learner with a can-do attitude
- Work from home office setup and strong internet connection

Preferred, but not required:

- 1+ years Amazon experience or ASVA training
- Experience in e-commerce or working remotely
- Research or data analytics experience
