JOB OVERVIEW

As a real estate transaction coordinator, your primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the real estate agents and brokers during the buying or selling process of a property. Your job description may include, but not limited to, the following:

1. Manage all the necessary paperwork and documentation involved in a real estate transaction, including contracts, disclosures, and agreements.

2. Coordinate and communicate with various parties involved in the transaction, such as lenders, attorneys, home inspectors, and appraisers.

3. Ensure that all deadlines are met and timelines are followed to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.

4. Create and maintain a database of all the contacts involved in the transaction, including clients, customers, and vendors.

5. Provide exceptional customer service and communication to all parties involved in the transaction to ensure a positive and seamless experience.

6. Research and stay updated on the current real estate laws and regulations to ensure that all transactions are compliant.

7. Act as a liaison between the clients and agents, handling inquiries, requests, and concerns.

8. Follow up with clients after the transaction is complete to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

The role of a real estate transaction coordinator is essential in ensuring that all parties involved in a real estate transaction are well-informed, coordinated, and satisfied.
