Business LLC Online Formation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Business LLC Online Formation Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate the creation and filing of business LLC (Limited Liability Company) formations for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Assist clients in selecting the appropriate LLC formation package that suits their needs and budget
- Prepare and file articles of organization and other necessary documents with the appropriate state agencies
- Identify and resolve any issues with the formation process and ensure compliance with local and state regulations
- Provide timely updates and maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the process
- Utilize online tools and software to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all clients served and their respective formation documents

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, law or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the formation of LLCs preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in the use of online tools and software for business LLC formation
