Urgent Hiring! Finance and Accounting Asst Manager

1. Prepares financial analysis on standard costing .
2. Coordinates with production in the formulation of standard costing for each model as well as the periodic review of the standard costing .
3. Identifies and resolves errors and discrepancies in the financial / accounting reports.
4. Analyzes basic financial information in response to queries from Managers, suppliers and customer.
5. Inputs accounting data into the accounting systems with speed and accuracy .
6. Handles reporting requirements for monthly, quarterly , semi annual and annual settlement of financial accounting .
7. Investigates and answer routine queries arising from management and other Financial Staff as well as from external agencies including BIR , PEZA SEC SGV and other regulatory bodies and supplier.
8. Plans, organizers and manages workload to ensure contribution to the monthly financial reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner.
9. Suggests changes in the internal department procedures as identified and involves in the continuos improvement development processes.
10. Assist in the preparation of budget planning, control and execution for funds management.
11. Conducts periodic own - work audit and reports on areas of possible improvement.
?Requirement :
Qualification.
BS Accountancy must be CPA
Mush have a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in accounting and finance
Must have experience in Japanese Manufacturing company .
Must have experience in processing PEZA
With solid auditing experience an ---------- puter literate on MS Word, Excel or PowerPoint.
Must be willing to start ASAP
