Senior Unity Developer

* Experience optimizing systems and writing performant code using the unity job system
* Expert with writing custom algorithms and using complex data structures
* Familiarity with creating various testing scenes

We have a unique need to build various features for communication with 3D virtual worlds. We run unity on a remote server, and have a server-side rendering solution that is complete. We need to work on adding various new functionality and build upon an existing code base. This is not a typical game developer role, although past experience with game development helps with the tasks.

Starting off part-time, but after we raise money we can offer full time with a raise.

Looking for people who, when they find a problem, are capable of quickly resolving and communicating the issues they face as they happen.
