Personal Injury Law Firm Intake Specialist | Lead Generation | Virtual Assistant

We are a reputable personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Intake Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for calling warm leads who have filled out a survey and requested a call back. This is a full-time position with room for growth within the firm.

Responsibilities:

Conduct phone calls to potential clients who have requested a call back
Qualify the leads and live transfer them the to the respective intake department
Follow up with potential clients who have not yet scheduled appointments
Provide excellent customer service to potential clients
Maintain accurate records of all calls made and appointments scheduled

Requirements:

Full time job
Base salary $400 +commission
Located in the US time zone area
Minimum of 2 years of experience in intake for a personal injury law firm or any law firm for that matter
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with Go highlevel is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
