I run an airbnb company, River City Housing. We are a corporate housing company focused on providing accommodation for traveling professionals.

In this role you will be an airbnb cohost and working with our clients. You will be handling all guest communication, coordinating with landlords and property managers, coordinating with cleaners, coordinating with handymen, handing guest issues, contacting airbnb support, handing resolution requests, removing poor reviews if needed, using all softwares as well as any other needed tasks.
Necessary skills:
-must have been an airbnb case manager level 2
-strong hospitality and customer service skills
-strong attention to detail
-project management
-strong English skills
-strong writing skills
-punctuality
-ability to use cohost softwares (pricelabs, hospitable, ---------- , remotelock, etc..)
-fast leaner
-self starter



Requirements:
6 days a week, 8 hour shift (i am hiring for a few different shifts: 8AM-4PM EST, 4PM-12AM EST, 12AM-8AM EST)
