I run a company that runs news stories regularly about my clients - mostly attorneys/law firms - and I've hit a growth point where I need a project manager who can do the following:
1) Work with clients to get details for their campaign(s) (this could include either being present during planning meetings via Zoom or watching the recordings of those meetings - but may not)
2) Write the base copy for the campaigns, plan out topics and headlines (Based on the specifications for the client's goals)
3) Manage the writing process, potentially writing out the base pieces, and working with the editors to get the content approved.
4) Managing the post-article syndication (getting the generated report to my current VA to be edited into the final format)
5) Other tasks as needed to move the process along, including potentially writing content for the websites, some minor (online) video editing, etc
MOST of our clients are in the legal niche here in the US, so a working knowledge of the US Judicial system is a plus, but not required absolutely as long as you can learn quickly basic facts etc.
Currently, we have about a dozen different clients, each needing about 2 campaigns per month, but we've had very rapid growth and are expecting this to grow quickly. I need someone who can take over a LOT of my onboarding tasks moving forward. This position will likely start part time but ramp up to full in a month or so, provided you can perform your tasks well.
You MUST have very good, very clear English communication skills, both written and orally.
