Sales Rep - Hourly + Commission (No Cold Calling)

We are seeking a motivated sales representative that can generate leads through social media DMs and email.

8% commission on closed sales on top of hourly pay. ($160-$800 per sale, depending on service)

Spearlance is a digital marketing agency specializing in high-quality website design and SEO & PPC for various industries.

We're a growing team of 7, looking for someone to help us continue growing the company through cold outreach.

Your role will consist of the following:
- Prospecting
- Cold DM/Email
- Follow up
- Setting demos

Cold outreach must be done at some point between 8am to 8pm EST (our schedule is flexible), but you can prospect whenever you'd like to create your lead list.

You'll get all the tools you need to succeed, and you'll get full support from the agency owner to help you succeed in the position.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Similar experience
- Experience with GoHighLevel
- Fluent English
