Video Editor

I need someone proficient in video editing. He must have 3-5 years experience and works with the best software:
* premier pro
* avid media composer

You will be primarily editing videos for me. whether it be commercial style or short clip tutorial explaining a product. The videos vary in size so come can be longer then others. You will be editing my camera work. I am very busy and cannot handle all the editing time it will take. I am looking for a superstar video editor.
