Sales Rep

Job Title: Part-Time Sales Representative (Inbound/Outbound)

Hours: Part-time, 10am-2pm EST

Nuwave IT Consultants, a rapidly growing IT solutions provider, is seeking a highly motivated, ambitious, and talented part-time Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in inbound and outbound phone sales, as well as strong communication skills in English. Familiarity with Zoho CRM Plus is a plus, but not required. This position has the potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and addressing their needs
Perform customer follow-ups to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Conduct product presentations and demos for potential clients
Learn and maintain knowledge of Nuwave IT Consultants' product offerings
Nurture client relationships after the sale to ensure retention and satisfaction
Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to convert prospects into customers
Collaborate with the team to identify new opportunities and improve existing processes
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technology or IT-related field
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Knowledge of Zoho CRM Plus is a strong advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges
