You are responsible for setting a great first impression to our potential customers. Your job is to follow a sales process designed to help you decide if the customer and our company working together is a good fit. If you decide we can help this customer, then you will be setting this seller up to an appointment, if you decide the customer is not a fit to work with us, you will be responsible for managing your relationship with the potential customer over time.
