Your Main Role:
Processing loan files and preparing files for closing
Getting loans "to the finish line" on time. Ensuring all parties have submitted the appropriate documents to meet the closing deadline
Reviewing documents to ensure they meet underwriting requirements
Preparing various business related documents and misc. tasks for the company
Reviewing property insurnace for any errors
Draft loan quotes/term sheets
Communicating directly with clients, title companies, insurance agents, appraisers, etc. via
Drafting documents (Extensions, Draws, Assignments and Proof of Funds)
Collecting recorded documents
Organizing documents using DropBox
Miscellaneous admin task
Your may also be asked to:
Review loan applications
Use
Requirements:
Must have experience in lending/finance preferred in hard money lending. Experience in real estate.
Experience processing files and ensuring documents meet requirements.
Proficient in math
Great communication skills
Problem solving skills/ coming up with ideas
Processing experience
Focused-Attention to detail is a must
Experienced- Efficient in sales, marketing and processing
Composed-Performs well under pressure and can move quickly. Most of these loans need to close yesterday, and our clients expect speed and timeliness
Quick learner, multi task, punctual and must know how to prioritze
Preferred:
CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)
Computer with internet access and Microsoft Office
Experience using FrontApp for
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM USA TEXAS time
