We are a US based company looking for a Part-time, home based customer support/ sales agent that’s multi talented. Must be great at closing leads and answering questions with confidence.

Take incoming Facebook Messenger leads and copy and paste scripted responses to get a cold lead to visit our website and fill out free consultation. Making them a hot ---------- tailed responsibilities:
Your daily responsibilities would include
1. Send a daily report via email detailing completed and ongoing task
2. Respond to customer questions via Facebook Messenger
3. Send scripted sales pitch daily on Instagram dm to qualified leads
4. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
5. Follow up with cold leads on Facebook Messenger to convert.

Basic skills:
Newbies are welcome but you do need to have excellent English ---------- ’s also important that you are very organized and decisive. Great work ethic is a must.

1. Communications apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, FB messenger, and Instagram
2. Time management or time tracking software (TimeProof, Time Doctor, Tmetric, Toggle)
3. Basic copy and paste and understanding of questions asked VS answered needed.
4. Sales and closing abilities.
5. Experience with Facebook messenger and Instagram direct message.

Work schedule and holidays:
This is a part-time position.
Night shift required.
Monday- Saturday
Flexible hours between 8am - 8pm EST
Must be online for 30 minutes Monday, Wednesday, Friday for update and progress meetings.

You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period.
We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day


Salary
$275/month for Part-time work (25 hours a week)

Every week you maintain a minimum of 12% conversion an additional $100 dollar bonus will be added to your payment on top of base ---------- reer potential
You’ll be working with the CEO. As our business grows, you will have the opportunity to move to Full- time. Eventually leading to you becoming Conversion manager overseeing a small team converting cold leads to hot leads as you are.
