We need reliable phone sales/customer service helpful people to join our growing team! You'll need to be a superstar at customer service, phone sales, and management, and have experience in a BPO or corporate setting.

Our company is all about helping others, being transparent, trusting our teammates, being efficient, and learning from our mistakes. You should be a pro at multitasking, computers, Google Docs, etc while also being humble, resourceful, and curious.

To join our team, you'll need
- reliable internet connection
- generator and backup power for outages
- Home office setup
- Quiet environment for calls, etc (no dogs or chickens please :)
- A willingness to work USA hours.


You'll handle inbound/ outbound calls and emails, convert leads, troubleshoot, manage operations and vendors, and report on your work.
