ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a creative and self-motivated media buyer to join our team and help us grow our business through ---------- experience is necessary - we'll provide training and courses to help you become an expert in media buying. Your role will be to manage and optimize advertising campaigns for our anime apparel ecommerce brand.

This is a dream job for the right person who loves ecommerce and advertising and is eager to learn and grow in this field. Being an anime fan is a plus but not a requirement.

This position offers room to grow and learn, and we'll pay nice bonuses for performance. Once hired, we'll have a 2-month trial period to make sure you're the right fit for the team. If things work out, we'll guarantee your position and salary for at least 6 months and hopefully much more.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• No experience necessary, we'll provide training and courses to help you become an expert in media buying
• Excellent written and spoken English and understanding
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Passion for ecommerce and advertising

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to achieve our business goals
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify target audiences and optimize ad performance
- Collaborate with our creative team to develop ad creatives that resonate with our audience
- Continuously monitor ad performance and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness
- Keep up to date with the latest advertising trends and share learnings with the team
-Create simple graphics using Canva (will provide training for this as well)
